Sears
With castles being so drafty and large, electric blankets are often used in my realm. About two years ago one stopped working and was stored in one of the vast linen closets of the realm. While looking through some papers I found by chance the operating instructions for the electric warmer. On the back I noticed that it said a five year warrantee was included. In disbelief I called the local Sears store and they said "bring it in." I didn't want to waste a trip so I clarified the fact that I had no receipt, nor had I ever sent in a warrantee card. They said that all they needed was the blanket. I went to the store, was asked to pick out the one I wanted and then given my new blanket after answering the basic name address , etc.. Wow. I am impressed! I doubt those low lives at Dragon Systems inc. would do something like that. They suck.
